RemoteNOW App: 

• Start by installing the RemoteNOW App on Android or iOS.

Get a Voice remote and follow the steps below to connect and control Hisense to Alexa through voice commands.

• Press and hold the menu button on your remote, or use Bluetooth to pair it with your TV.

Connect WORKS WITH ALEXA Hisense TV to Alexa 

For TVs that are not Alexa-enabled but come with a Works with Alexa label, you must use any supported third-party Alexa-enabled devices such as Echo, Echo Dot/ Spot/Show, etc. Make sure your Echo and TV are connected to a common WIFI.

• Set up the Alexa-enabled device and add it to the official app.
• On your TV, Open Settings, Select System >Voice Service> Amazon Alexa Service > and then choose Alexa Service Setup (in case you do not see this option – your TV is not supported).
• Press OK to turn it ON and complete setup.
• Sign in to your Hisensecloud account and enter the code on your TV to activate Alexa.
• Name your TV and move on to enable the Skill.
• Open the Alexa app > Go to Menu > Select Skills,
• Search Hisense Smart TV and Tap Enable to use.
• Once you connect Hisense to Alexa, you will get an Amazon Alexa screen – use your connected Alexa devices to control your TV.

Voice commands to use with Alexa on Hisense TV

• Alexa, Play ” FRIENDS” on my TV.
• Turn off / Switch input to HDMI.
• Channel up / Channel down – Volume up / Volume down.
• Change Channel / fast forward / pause/stop
